Refund policy

1. 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and in a sellable condition.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please contact our support team at info@centenialcrafts.com. Please include the following information in your email:
Your order number
The name of the item(s) you wish to return
The reason for the return
Photos of the item (if the item is damaged or defective)
Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on where to send the return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following:
Items that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
Customized or personalized craft kits.
Gift cards.
Sale items marked as "Final Sale."
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.
Processing Time: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our craft supplies. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@centenialcrafts.com. We will prioritize resolving the issue, whether that means sending a replacement at no extra cost or issuing a full refund. 6. Return Shipping Costs
Defective Items: If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Customer Preference: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., you ordered the wrong size or kit type), the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us at info@centenialcrafts.com so we can assist you with the process.
