Extended Delivery: In some cases, due to unforeseen circumstances or peak periods, deliveries may take up to 14 business days.

5. Shipping Restrictions
Domestic Only: We currently ship only within the United States.
Exclusions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or international addresses.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
7. Package Protection & Responsibility
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, once a package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or confirmed damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@centenialcrafts.com. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or file a claim and will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost to you.
